Build a diary that fits your life Steady waitlist and director-managed intakes to fill the diary you want The role Mobile caseload across homes, schools, and community settings (travel radius shaped to you) Caseloads around the eastern suburbs, however after time built around home area and preferred location Clients: Paediatric only, with a mix of NDIS and private (50/50) Scope: Therapy-first interventions Diary control: Admin team at hand; you handle day-to-day rescheduling to suit your flow What you’ll do Deliver evidence-based therapy for children with communication, sensory, regulation and functional goals Plan, implement and review personalised programs in natural environments (home, school, community) Build strong, trust-based relationships with families, schools and educators Maintain timely notes and reports suited to NDIS/private requirements Support & onboarding Tailored onboarding (up to 4 weeks) with shadow visits; length tailored to your experience and confidence Small, friendly team—currently 2 OTs 2 Speech Pathologists (building for a full AH Team) - interviews happening now! What you’ll bring Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy AHPRA registration Empathy, organisation and relationship-building skills with families and schools in a neuroaffirming approach Comfortable working autonomously in a mobile model Own phone & laptop (we’ll handle the referrals; you run your day) How we work with you Geography tailored to you: aim to keep travel from your home base, and shape caseloads around your preferred suburbs You decide your workload: part-time days, school-friendly hours, or fuller weeks—your call No ceiling on earnings: more bookings = more take-home; set the balance that suits you INTERESTED?
